Glenn is a devoted family man and a leadership and business development specialist with more than 30 years of industry experience, including 25 years leading teams across major oil & gas, mining, and infrastructure projects throughout Australia. His career is shaped by a genuine commitment to helping people perform at their best—individually and collectively.
Drawing on nearly two decades of elite endurance achievements, Glenn brings a mindset-first approach to leadership growth and business transformation. His philosophy is grounded in the same principles that carried him through Ironman and Ultraman triathlons, 100- and 200-mile ultras, and a 1,000 km run of the Bibbulmun Track: clarity, discipline, resilience, and purpose.
