Meet Glenn Monaghan

With nearly two decades of elite endurance achievement, Glenn brings a unique perspective to achieving results. His philosophy—“Mind Set First”—is rooted in the same principles that have carried him through countless Marathons, Ironman and Ultraman triathlons, multi-day races, numerous grueling 100- and 200-mile trail runs and a 1,000 km run of the WAs longest and toughest Bibbulmun Track.

Glenn knows that success isn’t about doing everything—it’s about focusing on the critical priorities that drive results. Over the years, he’s mastered the art of balancing life’s competing demands—family, business, and personal goals—while delivering exceptional outcomes.

From the start line of a 200-mile trail race to the boardroom, Glenn’s approach is about resilience, clarity, and relentless execution. He believes that the discipline and mindset required to finish an ultra-endurance event are the same qualities that fuel high performance in leadership and business.
